Skills and Responsibilities:


• Provide immediate support for two SharePoint classic sites hosted on Microsoft 365 (M365) as an interim solution.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint classic site functionality, access, and performance.


• Communicate effectively with the customer to understand needs and provide timely updates.


• Document all support activities and solutions provided for knowledge sharing and continuity.


• Assess current SharePoint environment to identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.


• Plan and coordinate the migration of SharePoint content to an upgraded SharePoint version or to Adobe solutions as the next phase.
