We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and executing effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and proposals to secure new contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract potential clients
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on client acquisition and retention
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple initiatives efficiently
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools to support outreach efforts
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
