NL Audio Guide collaborates with local tourism boards and cultural institutions to highlight Newfoundland's history, culture, and natural beauty. Visitors, newcomers, and locals alike can enjoy immersive experiences brought to life by historians, locals, and artists.

Role Description

This is a hybrid volunteer role for a Marketing Executive based in the Greater St. John's Metropolitan Area, with the option for most of tasks to be completed remotely. The Marketing Executive will strategize and execute marketing plans, manage marketing initiatives, oversee market research, and strengthen NL Audio Guide's presence. Responsibilities include developing campaigns, engaging with partners, tracking key marketing metrics, and aligning marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and market research techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a strong asset.
  • Enthusiasm for Newfoundland's tourism, culture, and history.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (students are encouraged to apply).
