They are seeking a
Customer Marketing Campaigns Manager
to own and execute programs that enhance engagement, deepen customer relationships, and drive measurable business impact. In this role, you'll build data-driven strategies across the entire customer lifecycle—boosting adoption, loyalty, and advocacy while uncovering opportunities for growth and expansion.

NOTE: This role sits 4 days near Etobicoke, ON, Canada in greater Toronto with Fridays being remote.

This is not a remote role, with ideal applicants being accessible to downtown Toronto. Only CDN citizens or CDN residents are eligible.

Experience & Background:

· 3+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing roles.

· Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

· Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and webinar programs.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and customer-centric messaging.

· Collaborative, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global tech environment.

· Experience with CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce or similar tools preferred).

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
