Office Assistant

Duties:

-Providing the highest standard of customer care to patients

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Organize and maintain physical files
  • Taking payment using POS machine
  • Schedule appointments and manage appointment reminders
  • Creating advertising posts for social media

Experience:

  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using PC Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel
  • Familiarity or personal experience with Medical Aesthetics (Botox, Dermal Filler) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
