We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will support our operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office functionality, and contributing to our commitment to excellence in supply chain management.

(Responsibilities)

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various documentation needs.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures.
  • (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is preferred.
