Position Summary:

We're looking for an energetic and skilled Cocktail Bartender/Server to join our team. In this dual role, you'll mix exceptional cocktails and deliver friendly, attentive service to our guests. You'll be a key part of creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere — providing both expert drink preparation and engaging hospitality on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and safety standards
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, make menu recommendations, and answer guest questions
  • Provide efficient table service and ensure timely delivery of all orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area
  • Ensure a positive, consistent guest experience from start to finish
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operations
  • Handle payments accurately and operate the POS system with confidence
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws
  • Assist with bar setup, side work, restocking, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a bartender or cocktail server in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, beer, and wine
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times
  • Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) Smart Serve certification
