Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and experienced Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment, taking and serving orders, preparing drinks and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ideal candidates will have a background in food and beverage service. The position requires excellent time management skills, the ability to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest needs and inquiries with professionalism
  • Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
  • Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service
  • Engage with guests in a friendly manner to foster a positive atmosphere

Experience

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality
  • skills in serving, bartending, cash handling
  • Experience in food safety practices and alcohol service regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tables or bar orders efficiently through excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
