At Summit Valve, we're looking for a Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a role that combines customer service, logistics coordination, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities. This position is the heartbeat of our operations, connecting customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure every order is accurate, on time, and handled with care. What You'll Do

  • Be the customer champion, communicate proactively with customers, vendors, and carriers to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Manage orders from start to finish in Rootstock/Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate shipping documentation, pickups, and drop-offs for domestic and international shipments.
  • Blend office and warehouse duties: receive, inspect, and prepare products for dispatch; measure dimensions; verify compliance.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and safety protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma required; post-secondary in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
  • Experience in shipping, supply chain, or freight processes is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks safely.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Rootstock/Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to learn new logistics software quickly.
