At Summit Valve, we're looking for a Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a role that combines customer service, logistics coordination, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities. What You'll Do

  • Be the customer champion, communicate proactively with customers, vendors, and carriers to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Manage orders from start to finish in Rootstock/Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate shipping documentation, pickups, and drop-offs for domestic and international shipments.
  • Blend office and warehouse duties: receive, inspect, and prepare products for dispatch; measure dimensions; verify compliance.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and safety protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma required; post-secondary in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
  • Experience in shipping, supply chain, or freight processes is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks safely.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Rootstock/Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to learn new logistics software quickly.
