Salary: $38,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)

Northern Limits Corp, a trusted leader in vehicle transportation, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you're dependable, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support
  • Assist drivers and dispatch with day-to-day communication and coordination
  • Enter new transportation orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Problem-solve logistical issues as they arise
  • Contact customers to confirm vehicle readiness
  • Provide transportation quotes promptly and professionally
  • Keep customers updated on customs and border-related requirements
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch is an asset
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, order entry systems, etc.)
