Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided.
  • Handle outbound calls for follow-ups and service promotions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling when processing payments.
  • Quote and place orders for customers as well as provide them with options.
  • Use POS system for customer payments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client services.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with experience in emails, POS systems and Microsoft applications
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote products or services effectively.
  • Strong typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions.
