In the meantime, we are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to be part of these extraordinary projects.


Your Role

  • Support the General Manager in the pre-opening and daily operations
  • Ensure smooth and efficient front-of-house operations
  • Lead and motivate a dynamic, multicultural team
  • Maintain the highest standards of service and guest experience
  • Handle reservations, guest relations and on-the-floor supervision
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and events team for seamless coordination
  • Assist with reporting, inventory and operational procedures


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in high-end dining or luxury hospitality
  • Natural leader with strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • Deep knowledge of service standards, guest care, and restaurant operations
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
