Lifestyle Group is bringing the colours, aromas and soul of India near the upcoming Hard Rock Hotel Malta (opening 2026) with the launch of Tanvi and is now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. 

The Concept
In Sanskrit, Tanvi means "delicate and graceful" and is also an epithet of the goddess Parvati a symbol of beauty, warmth and vitality.
This new restaurant concept will celebrate India's rich traditions through fragrant curries, sizzling tandoori grills, vibrant décor and an atmosphere filled with soul.

Your Mission
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be the right hand of the Restaurant Manager, supporting the launch and smooth daily operations. You'll help recruit and train the team, ensure top-quality service, manage shifts, suppliers, costs and step up to lead when needed.
Together, you'll create a standout dining experience that becomes Malta's go-to for authentic Indian cuisine.

Your DNA
You've got solid experience in busy restaurants or dining concepts and a passion for hospitality. You're organised, hands-on and confident managing teams on the floor.
Fluent English is a must, extra languages are a bonus and you bring a positive, energetic vibe that motivates those around you.
