We are currently seeking passionate Head Host and Host to join our front-of-house teams across several upscale restaurants.

Job Role

As a Head Hostess:

  • Lead and coordinate the hosting team with professionalism and confidence
  • Manage the front desk, reservations, and guest flow to ensure a seamless service
  • Welcome guests and ensure a high-standard, personalised experience
  • Liaise with restaurant management and floor staff to optimise seating and service
  • Handle VIP bookings, special requests, and guest feedback with care
  • Support and mentor junior team members

As a Host/Hostess:

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Manage bookings, walk-ins, and table assignments
  • Communicate clearly with the floor team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Provide accurate information about the menu, venue, and policies
  • Maintain a polished appearance and a guest-first attitude at all times

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar front-of-house role (hospitality, restaurants, or hotels)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and confident, welcoming demeanour
  • Organised, adaptable, and capable of handling high-volume service
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are considered an asset)
  • Leadership experience (required for Head Hostess position)
