We are now expanding our in-house finance and leasing division and are looking for an experienced professional to help structure, submit, and close financing deals efficiently
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Equipment Finance & Leasing Specialist who has direct experience working with equipment lenders, understanding credit profiles, and structuring deals that get approved
You should be comfortable working with both customers and financial institutions, identifying the right placement for each file, and managing the process from start to finish
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer credit applications and determine appropriate lender placement based on credit and asset profile
- Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with Canadian equipment finance institutions, leasing companies, and banks
- Structure deals that maximize approval likelihood while protecting the company's interests
- Work closely with the sales team to pre-qualify customers and manage expectations
- Prepare and submit complete application packages with supporting documents (invoices, appraisals, financials, etc.)
- Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with lenders
- Track deals through approval, funding, and delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending programs, residual structures, and credit criteria
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in equipment leasing, commercial lending, or automotive/truck finance
- Understanding of credit scores, risk profiles, and lending criteria Existing lender or broker relationships (an asset).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Highly organized and comfortable handling multiple deals at once
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and available for in-person work at our Brampton office location
