Established in 2025 by Trivest Partners, a private equity firm, Sentinel was formed through the acquisition of the following regional service providers: Lenworth Building Services, Pro Door & Dock Systems, Mar-Lin Dock & Door, Door Doctor and Secord Docks. These companies specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities. Door Doctor located in Brampton is currently recruiting a Service & Installation Coordinator, to add to our growing team The Service & Installation Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day service & installation activities within our fast-paced team. This individual will coordinate technician schedules, manage incoming service requests, maintain customer communication, and support the operations team with administrative and logistical needs. Key Responsibilities: o Schedule & Dispatch: Coordinate daily technician schedules, dispatch work orders, and optimize routes to ensure timely delivery service. o Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting service. Provide updates, follow-ups, and solutions to service inquiries. o Work Order Management: Open, close, and track service work orders in the system. Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation. o Parts & Inventory Coordination: Assist in ordering and managing parts required for service jobs. Liaise with suppliers and technicians to ensure timely availability. o Technician Support: Provide logistical and administrative support to field service technicians. Confirm site access, required tools, and job-specific instructions. o Billing & Invoicing Support: Work with the finance team to ensure all completed work is invoiced accurately and promptly. o Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly service reports, tracking key metrics such as response time, job completion rate, and technician utilization. What we're looking for:Prior experience in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative role (preferably in construction, trades, or a service-based industry) Strong communication skills—written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with service management or dispatch software an asset (e.g., Service Titan, Jobber, Jonas) Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a changing environment Compensation: $50,000 ~ $55,000 annually
