Territory Sales Representative - Southwestern Ontario
**Territory: Southwestern Ontario including 75% in the GTA

Candidate ideal location: within 30 minutes from Mississauga
Working Environment:**
Monday to Friday

Base Salary:
$85,000-$95,000

Commissions:
Based on Territory Growth

OTE: 100,000-120,000

As a leading Canadian manufacturer of a specialty building product, our client is looking for an individual with a minimum of 3+ years of sales experience to report to the National Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and foster relationships with current and new customers
  • Prioritize sales opportunities, develop recommendations, and execute sales plans
  • New business development through cold calls, online searches, prequalification, and sourcing quotations
  • Regular sales reporting with a focus on customer calls and follow-up plans
  • Provide product knowledge training to customers
  • Attend trade shows and contractor events as a representative of the company

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • 3+ years of Territory sales experience in B2B roofing, lumber or windows products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport in various settings
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a team player with a drive to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A passion for winning and a desire to go the extra mile
