Job Description: Business Development & Operations Executive

We are looking for young and dynamic Pharmacy Graduates with an MBA and some industry experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Business & Market Development

  2. To proactively conduct competition mapping, targeting, and segmentation exercises for improving brand performance.

  3. Facilitating the annual budget (sales & expense) and future plans (e.g., Five-year plan).

  4. Operations & Coordination

  5. Relationship building with partners and all other internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Understanding the Regulatory pathway and maintaining the status of various registrations.
  7. Artwork finalization and upload, including understanding Artwork Codes and Material Code Creation.
  8. Understanding various databases: Regulatory, Artwork, Price Master, etc.
  9. Coordinating with the National Accounts Manager to collect the binding and non-binding annual forecasts and ensuring the generation of sales orders and the timely release of purchase orders (SAP) to support manufacturing lead time.
  10. Facilitating dispatches in close coordination with the Logistics and SCM teams, including the decision to prefer sea shipments over air shipments.
  11. Creating the collection plan from various partners.
  12. Keeping track of and processing Marketing, Regulatory, Travel expenses, and Commission debit notes on time.
  13. Handling market complaints, Pharmacovigilance, recalls, etc.
  14. Coordinating internally and with external vendors for the execution of Launch and regular on-time commercial supply strategies.
  15. Coordination with various cross-functional teams within the organization (PMT, Finance, Legal, HR, IP, Regulatory, QA, Manufacturing, SCM, Logistics, etc.).

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education - B. Pharm (Preferable) with an MBA.

Experience - 2-4 years of sales/marketing/operations experience.

Preference - International market exposure in sales/marketing/operations is highly preferable.

Additional - Certifications like Six Sigma, Project Management are a plus.
