Altohelix is committed to equipping clients with tools and expertise to achieve precision and efficiency in their operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON, for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, researching target markets, and building lasting client relationships. Daily tasks will include conducting market analyses, developing strategies to reach new customer bases, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The position will also involve collaborating with internal teams to optimize business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven expertise in Lead Generation and strategic business development
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and other digital platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the drone and geospatial technology industries is an asset

Compensation to be negotiated based on experience. Base salary plus commission and full extended health benefits.
