Position Overview:
Newprint is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage all outgoing and incoming shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This role is critical in maintaining smooth logistics operations by overseeing order fulfillment, coordinating freight and parcel shipments, and managing inbound materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in mitigating delivery risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all outgoing shipments, including parcel and freight orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Manage incoming materials, verifying orders for accuracy and quality.
  • Address and resolve delivery interruptions, working with carriers to mitigate risks and prevent failures.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, updating systems as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and minimize delays.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments as required.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems is an asset.
  • Ability to lift and move packages as required.
