Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties, conducting property evaluations, preparing market analyses, negotiating deals, and facilitating smooth transactions. Additional responsibilities may involve networking to develop client relationships, collaborating with team members, and staying updated on local market trends and developments. We provide one of the best commission splits putting more money in your pocket while you focus on growing your brand and marketing. No monthly fees, no desk fees, no transaction fees, Only 85/15 split per transaction. Leads supplied will be 60/40 split, full broker support, office back end support, marketing, conveyancing.

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate market trends
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Experience working within a Real Estate Brokerage setting
  • Strong skills in Sales and negotiation strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with real estate industry laws and regulations
  • Motivated and able to multitask various functions.
