Compensation: $20–$23/hour + Commission

Job Overview:

Homei Living Ltd. is a rapidly growing flooring and home products company in North America. We are looking for a motivated Flooring Sales Specialist to join our U.S. team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assess customer needs, and guide them to the right flooring solutions while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales targets to support overall department performance.
  • Engage with customers by asking open-ended questions to understand project needs and recommend suitable flooring products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, installation requirements, and project steps to customers.
  • Assist customers with flooring selections, special orders, and installation services.
  • Provide accurate quotes and follow up with customers to close sales.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, installation, and office teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in building materials or flooring sales required.
  • Willing and able to relocate to the United States (relocation assistance provided).
  • Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn internal systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends if required.
