Position Overview
The Sales Support Specialist ensures all leads are captured, tracked, and moved efficiently through the sales pipeline. You'll support both dealer and non-dealer activities, keep critical documentation organized, and generate performance reports that drive smarter decisions. If you're highly organized, proactive, and the kind of person who gets things done, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Dealer Support Responsibilities
- Conduct initial warm-up and outreach for dealer leads
- Generate accurate quotes for dealer orders, including getting freight quote.
- Prepare and maintain dealer onboarding materials, ensure dealer applications and agreements are complete, and distribute marketing materials to newly onboarded dealers.
- Coordinate shipping logistics between dealers and the Shipping Department to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate with dealers and internal teams to resolve inquiries, address shipping concerns, and provide status updates.
Sales Operations Responsibilities
- Track and monitor status of leads, ensuring the sales representative or account managers follow-up in a timely manner.
- Support the sales team by monitoring sales performance through generating and preparing insightful and actionable reports (e.g. monthly sales report, commissions report).
- Assist in the preparation of SOPs, work instructions and other documentation to improve and optimize dealer and non-dealer sales workflow and processes.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Quick learner who can easily pick up digital tools, software, and internal processes
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks efficiently
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, get-things-done mindset

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday | 8:30 am-5:00 pm | Onsite
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000/annual
