Luxury Retail Sales Supervisor (Mandarin)

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to take ownership of sales performance, client relationships, and on-floor leadership. This is a hands-on, sales-driven role for someone who thrives in luxury environments, leads by example, and is comfortable being both a top seller and an on-site authority.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys closing high-value sales while supervising a small in-store team and maintaining strong daily execution.

  • Supervising daily in-store sales operations. Maintaining energy, discipline, and accountability on the sales floor.
  • Driving sales both in-store and online. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance, reflecting our brand's luxury image.
  • Confidently model products in daily social media posts.
  • Managing English and Chinese-speaking client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor, Counter Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in luxury retail, luxury resale, premium beauty, fine jewelry, or high-end fashion
  • Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow within a luxury retail environment.
