Position Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager with various administrative support including reporting, communications and preparing presentations.
Maintain and update department documentation, invoicing, project tracking and meeting notes.
Coordinate schedules, department meetings, travel, luncheons and other events.
Research, collect and organize data to write memos / reports.
Manage multiple department calendars.
Minimum Requirements
High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of administrative / clerical experience.
Experience supporting a high level executive preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
