Here's What You Bring to the Team

You bring solid marketing leadership experience - ideally in the homebuilding industry - and you're comfy juggling multiple divisions with different goals and audiences. No 2 days are the same, and you like it that way. You lead collaboratively, put people first, and know how to get great work out of teams without micromanaging. You're sharp across digital, brand, and PR, pairing creating ideas with practical execution. You can manage multiple projects while keeping your cool, work confidently alongside executive leadership, and just like everyone else at Shane Homes, you take your job seriously - but you don't take yourself too seriously.

We'd love it if you had these too …

• (At least) 3 years working in a managerial role within the Marketing space.
• A Bachelor's' Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline - not required, but an asset.
• Experience and comfort developing, mentoring and leading a fast-paced, ambitious Team.
• Strong understanding of B2C businesses and related marketing strategies.
• A collaborative, people-focused leadership style.
• Experience working closely with Sales Teams and Sales Management.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like:

• Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns, promos, and brand initiatives across our 4 divisions.
• Manage the marketing budget and spend like someone who knows it's not Monopoly money.
• Bring fresh ideas, explore new trends, and help sort out which shiny objects are actually worth chasing.
• Lead brainstorming sessions that are fun, creative, and judgment-free.
• Monitor campaign results and make smart tweaks based on the numbers.
• Oversee digital presence and social media so our brand looks sharp everywhere it lives online.
• Work with agencies, vendors, photographers, videographers, and that one printer who magically saves the day.
• Coach, mentor, and help your team grow into their best selves.
• Align closely with the Sales Team so messaging stays tight and consistent.
• Partner with our Marketing & Community Strategist to support company and community events.
• Track KPIs, keep the department on course, and celebrate wins along the way.
• Help support PR strategy, media relations, and reputation-building initiatives.
• Assist with crisis communications — hopefully rare, but you'll handle them like a pro.
• Keep an eye on what the public is saying about us and share insights with leadership.
