Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Domino's Pizza, based in Edmonton, AB. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and lead a team to maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting staff, assisting in hiring and training, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with food and safety regulations. Collaborating with the restaurant management, this role also includes contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven ability in Hiring and team development
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead and interact with staff and customers
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an asset
