Our Assistant Managers will:

  • Coach, lead and manage restaurant staff

  • Work full time floor managing shifts and directly impact the guest experience, salesmanship, labour and cost controls as well as help us recruit, select, train and coach our staff.

  • Liaise with the rest of the Management Team and react to restaurant opportunities.

This position will include professional development that will guide successful candidates through all areas of our restaurant and operations. Candidates should expect to be trained on both Front of House and Back of House positions and will develop a strong operational knowledge base.

Candidates must have the legal right to work in Canada as well as be available days and nights with weekend availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
