Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for experienced and dedicated Field Supervisor to join our exciting, hard working and growing team in Toronto, Ontario

Job Duties:

  • Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
  • Patrolling and monitoring designated areas to ensure compliance on policies and procedures
  • Orient new/existing guards working on the assigned locations
  • Mentor, motivate, coach and train all new and existing guards
  • Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
  • Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
  • Performance administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • A valid Ontario security license
  • Hold a valid Ontario G-License with a clean abstract
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to drive for long periods of time up to 8 hours.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Can stay alert at all times
  • Ability to respond well to emergency situations
