Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Toronto, ON. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage project timelines, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients. The role includes supervising the workforce, reviewing project drawings, ensuring quality control, and addressing on-site challenges promptly. The Site Supervisor will also monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and to specifications.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Experience in construction operations with expertise in building codes, materials, and documentation
  • Proficiency in coordinating with teams, leading subcontractors, and resolving on-site challenges
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control practices, and compliance standards in construction
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in construction technology and project management software is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to various job sites
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
