About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Design Assistant to join our team. This role combines graphic design, e-commerce product management, and marketing support, making it ideal for someone detail-oriented, creative, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Upload and manage new/consignment products, maintain Clearance Corner, and support product listings for Tenda + Viking.
  • Graphic Design: Create banners, flyers, e-magazines, and other promotional materials.
  • Marketing Content: Write and publish ad copy for WeChat, Mailchimp, and CGN forum.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain Instagram and YouTube accounts, assist with content planning.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Organize, update, and release rebate promotions.
  • General Support: Assist the marketing team with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Experience in product listing, digital advertising, or online retail preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Work Style: Detail-oriented, efficient, able to multitask under deadlines.
  • Language Skills: Strong English writing and communication skills (Mandarin is an asset).
  • Bonus: Experience in social media content creation; interest in outdoor sports or retail industry.
  • Fluency in reading and writing Chinese is a plus
