About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Membership Representative
to serve as the first point of contact for our members. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting programs that drive member engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Manage the membership renewal process, including outreach, follow-ups, processing, and tracking
- Support member programs and committees by preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and documenting minutes
- Promote membership benefits and programs to encourage engagement, retention, and new member acquisition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity
- Assist with the development and delivery of new member engagement initiatives
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, membership support, administrative, or coordination roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with members via multiple communication channels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience using CRM systems or databases is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
