The Nooks is expanding, and we are looking to hire Regional Retail Manager to oversee our Ontario store locations. The Regional Retail Manager provides leadership, support, and accountability for select Retail Store Managers. Responsible for managing multiple priorities, the supervision and development of a team of Store Managers and Supervisors, creating and developing initiatives to enhance staff performance, and driving sales with a strong focus on profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures store-level communication and understanding of The Nooks company mission and goals. Leads and coaches all Retail Store Managers and Supervisors to work towards company objectives.
- Reviews monthly sales objectives and develops strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Overseas Retail Store Managers to ensure that staff shift schedules are in direct relation to daily, weekly revenue.
- Provides timely and professional direction to Retail Store Managers and Supervisors. Delegate a set of priorities, monitor the progress, and direct staff. Leads any training initiatives to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Mentors and supports all Retail Sales Teams to ensure they excel in their roles to enhance employee and nookie engagement.
- Attends any emergencies that arise at the store level and provide resolution or the appropriate level of communication.
- Identifies operational deficiencies in all Ontario stores and provides solutions.
- Leads any training initiatives to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization to accomplish the company’s mission.
- Adheres and enforces all company safety policies and procedures.
- Attends Retail Store and Head office meetings as required.
**Requirements**:

- A reliable vehicle and travel between store locations on a regular basis, is an essential requirement in this position.
- Degree from a four-year college or university; or five years of related multi-unit retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
