**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow of a garden centre and supervise 2-4 additional centres, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and mentor retail staff to enhance their skills in customer service and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.

**Experience**
- Proven experience with 5+ years in a retail management and supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage schedules and reports effectively.
- Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate staff towards achieving common goals.
- Experience in recruiting and training staff is highly desirable.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with various levels of staff and management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel within a 100 km radius

Pay: $90,002.00-$100,000.00 per year
