Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract (Paid per Site Visit)

Location: Multiple store locations (field-based)

Reports To: Head Office – Operations / Quality

Overview

Role Overview

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting scheduled quality and compliance inspections at assigned locations to ensure adherence to company standards related to food safety, operations, brand presentation, and service quality. This role is part-time, compensated per completed site visit, and operates independently with structured reporting to Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct monthly quality and compliance inspections at assigned store locations

· Inspect and assess compliance with:

o Food safety and hygiene standards

o Cleanliness and sanitation

o Operational procedures and SOPs

o Brand standards and presentation

o Staff compliance with policies and training requirements

· Use approved inspection checklists, scorecards, and reporting templates

· Identify non-compliance, risks, and operational gaps

· Capture photographic evidence where required

· Submit clear inspection reports within the required timeframe after each visit

· Flag critical issues immediately to Head Office

· Verify corrective actions from previous inspections where applicable

· Maintain professionalism and objectivity during inspections

Inspection & Reporting Requirements

· One completed report per site visit

· Clear scoring, findings, and comments

· Action items identified for management follow-up

· Timely submission as per agreed SLA

Compensation Structure

· Paid per completed site visit

· Rate agreed in advance

· No fixed hours or guaranteed number of visits

Requirements

· Experience in quality control, food safety, hospitality operations, or inspections

· Strong attention to detail and objective assessment skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Comfortable using digital checklists, forms, and reporting tools

· Clear written communication skills

· Ability to travel to assigned locations

· Valid driver's license (where applicable)

Work Conditions

· Flexible scheduling based on inspection calendar

· No fixed working hours

· Occasional evenings or weekends depending on store operations

Role Nature

· Independent, non-operational role

· No involvement in daily store operations

· No authority over store staff; reports findings only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
