DIRECT COIL IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Direct Coil Inc., a rapidly growing manufacturer of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment, is currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Quality Control Inspector. You must have experience working in heat exchange coils manufacturing.

Job Description:

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet the organization's quality standards. The main duties include monitoring the manufacturing processes, conduct thorough inspections on products at various stages in the process to see if they meet the set standards and prepare inspection logs.

Job Requirements:

Ø Diploma in Manufacturing Technology or Quality Management.

Ø Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Quality Control.

Ø Basic understanding of Quality procedures and documentation.

Ø Prepare Daily audit reports, Non-conformance and RGA reports

Ø Interact with customers for outstanding non-conformances.

Ø Trained or experienced in blueprint reading.

Ø Trained or experience in gauges, measuring equipment and instrument calibrations.

Ø Analytical, process improvement and auditing skills required to perform the job

Ø Have a strong work ethic and be able to cohesively operate in a team environment

Ø Excellent attention to detail.

Ø Time management and organization skills are critical

Ø Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

Ø Ability to multitask, manage stressful situations, willingness to take on ownership

Ø Knowledge of ISO is an asset
