Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Whitby ON. The Salesperson will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding and meeting customer needs, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, providing information about vehicles and financing options, conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and closing sales. The Salesperson will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and pricing, and work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain vehicle features and financing options
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in automotive sales or related field is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is advantageous
  • Toyota experience preferred
