Position Overview

We're hiring a
Salesperson
to engage with customers face-to-face, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Full training is provided
, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start or grow their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent national brands through in-person customer engagement in designated settings
  • Present product information, promotions, and offers clearly and effectively
  • Build relationships and convert interest into enrollments/sales
  • Work toward achieving individual and team performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, student mentality, and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required
  • Must be based in Markham, ON and available for in-person work
