Are you looking to kick-start your career in HR? We're searching for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract—with the potential to become a permanent role
What You'll Do
Reporting to the HRIS Analyst and Administration Lead, you'll play a key role in HR data entry and document management, ensuring accuracy in employee records within Workday.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing employee paperwork – Reviewing new hire packages, employee changes, and termination documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintaining HR data – Accurately entering employee information into our HRIS system and keeping personnel records organized and secure.
Drafting HR communications – Creating letters, memos, policies, procedures, and reports as needed.
Supporting HR projects – Assisting with audits, reports, and process improvements.
Managing inquiries – Responding to HR-related questions via email and ensuring timely follow-ups.
What We're Looking For
This role is perfect for someone starting their HR journey who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll need:
A high school diploma (HR-related education is a plus)
1-3 years of HR data entry experience (Workday knowledge is a bonus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Comfort working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Reliable transportation and ability to pass a basic criminal record check
