Graham is actively recruiting for a Proposal Specialist supporting the Services Division. Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Services Division growth and success.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

  • Lead and support the end-to-end development of proposal responses (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, SOQs), ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment
  • Manage pursuit documentation and facilitate proposal meetings, keeping contributors informed, aligned, and accountable for deliverables
  • Write, edit, and maintain compelling proposal content such as executive summaries, project descriptions, and qualification materials
  • Design and produce visually impactful proposals using MS Suite, Adobe InDesign, and other tools, while adhering to branding guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members, fostering a positive and inclusive proposal environment
  • Curate and update proposal assets and reusable content, ensuring information remains accurate, current, and ready for future use

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in proposal management. Experience with large-scale or multi-disciplinary proposal submissions is an asset
  • Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and proposal automation platforms
  • Certifications: Completion of, or progress toward, APMP Certification preferred
