Are you a creative, hands-on social media storyteller who thrives on capturing attention and growing audiences? In this role, you'll produce daily, high-quality content across multiple platforms, helping our restaurants and hotels build strong, engaged communities. You'll shape the voice, visual identity, and momentum of multiple brands — all while designing scalable systems to keep content pipelines flowing.

We're part of a 3rd-generation family business spanning real estate, storage, brokerage, and hospitality. We've been around for decades and are still growing. Many team members have been with us for 10+ years. We're known for our "Work Hard, Play Hard, Rest Hard" culture — with group parties, BBQs, and boat cruises (yes, with dancing). The vibe is personal and collaborative, not corporate.
What You'll Own
- Capture and edit
video and photo content
for TikTok, Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts), and YouTube (Shorts and long-form). - Build and maintain
daily content pipelines
across
restaurants
and hotel brands. - Conduct competitor/hashtag research, track metrics, and iterate content for
maximum engagement and growth. - Coordinate content for pre-launch and soft-opening events, including influencer attendance where directed.
- Develop channel-specific strategies, expanding into Stories, Reels, Shorts, long-form, and other formats.
- Maintain
brand consistency
, ensuring every post reflects voice, visual style, and quality standards. - Work independently, taking full ownership of production, posting, and workflow improvements
- Content Calendar Management, strategic scheduling of content beyond daily posting
- Maintain a grasp on post-production skills and techniques (colour correction, editing, motion graphics, etc)

, with a strong eye for lighting, framing, pacing, and storytelling - Know the ins and outs of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — including best practices for content types, hashtags, and posting schedules

- Are metrics-driven — using analytics to guide creative decisions and improve results
- Are consistent, reliable, curious, and resilient, thriving under fast-moving deadlines
- Take initiative, manage multiple projects, and constantly refine workflows
Location & Office Vibe
Our office is at 3660 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, with easy access off major routes. Most work is in-office, but occasional travel to other locations may be required. Bright, open spaces allow for creativity, collaboration, and hands-on content production.
