Bennett Capital Group is looking for a dedicated Customer Support representative to join our team in Kitchener. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to begin their careers in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

As a Customer Support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, as you help guide clients through their real estate and mortgage processes.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $20 - $31, providing an attractive starting point for those looking to develop their skills and grow within our company.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist clients with questions regarding our real estate and mortgage services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Educate customers on our offerings and assist in the application process
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company policies
