**About the job**
VieTech Training & Consulting Inc. is looking for a customer-driven and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to help us establish and maintain our WholeFleet Diagnostics brand. Customer Support Specialist’s responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to current WholeFleet clients by addressing customer inquiries and issues as well as ensuring prospective clients are presented with product and service offerings catered to meet their needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Input and update CRM with Client's information
- Prepare product/service information and estimates to clients that meet budgets and operational requirements
- Follow up with customers to deliver the best customer experience
- Gather customer feedback to share with Sales, Operations and Marketing
- Deal with customer inquires in a professional manner and escalate where necessary
- Coordinate shipping and receiving
- Manage and track inventory
- Manage office administrative duties
**Qualifications**
- 1 year(s) experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Experience in heavy-equipment/truck or automotive repair industry is preferred
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent related experience
- Knowledge in Hubspot, Zoho Inventory, Canva, Squarespace and Mailchimp is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required
- Experience in shipping and receiving is an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.50 per hour
