Customer Support Associate

This is a Monday to Friday position with no cold calling — all appointments are pre-scheduled. You’ll meet with homeowners to discuss and recommend eco-friendly products and solutions that improve their water quality and overall well-being.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Attend **company-booked in-home appointments** with homeowners

- Conduct basic home improvement quality checks (training provided)

- Recommend **eco-friendly solutions** tailored to each customer

- Provide **exceptional customer service** and build strong client relationships
