**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase engagement and followers on Instagram and other platforms.
- Manage the creation of content, including organizing photoshoots and producing fresh, high-quality photos for client campaigns.
- Create compelling videos and reels that align with client branding and campaign objectives.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with our team of marketers, designers, and strategists to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven passion for Instagram, with a solid understanding of the platform's best practices and emerging trends.
- Experience in creating visual content, including photography and video production.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage content calendars and photoshoot logistics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred.
