  • Plan and schedule all inbound and outbound freight in alignment with production and warehouse capacity.
  • Book trucks with approved carriers and coordinate pickup/delivery appointments.
  • Prepare all outbound shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels, ASN data when required).
  • Verify finished goods availability, product codes, quantities, pallet counts and labelling before loading.
  • Coordinate daily dock loading schedule based on logistics bookings.
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries of raw materials (packaging materials) to prevent storage or dock congestion.
  • Arrange outbound freight and inter-warehouse transfers.
  • Optimize trailer utilization and freight consolidation to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Control inventory and perform cycle count
  • Complete receiving documents and validate material against BOL, identifying any discrepancies
  • Ensure all shipments follow ProAmpac's load and safety procedures.
  • Record outbound shipment details in ERP/WMS (weights, times, pallet counts, carrier confirmation).
  • Maintain shipping files, archives, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Conduct outbound quality checks and flag discrepancies to Warehouse and Quality teams.
  • Support monthly inventory accuracy by reporting outbound variances or material issues.
  • Perform shipment tracking when required, confirming dispatches, validating tracking information, and communicating updates to customers (in support of CSR workload).
