Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.What You'll Do:Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you and your team are actively contributing to a safe work environment.Partner with Category Managers and Specialists across Category Management to support the strategic sourcing process.Manage competitive sourcing events, build and negotiate contracts across multiple categories, technical categories and complex categories.Lead a mix of global and regional sourcing events, often with competing priorities and challenging timelines.Strong risk management and T&C skills with adequate commercial acumen to find creative and innovation alternatives and strategies.Expertise in contract formation and negotiation that would also include commercial aspects (should cost modeling, supplier market analysis, KPI's).Lead stakeholder management in partnership with the corresponding Category manager.Lead the RFP evaluation and supplier selection.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar discipline.6+ years relevant experience in complex contracting supporting category management, strategic sourcing, supply chain management or equivalent.Analytical abilities and experience using quantitative insights to make decisions and influence stakeholders.Clear and solid understanding of, and practical experience with, enterprise asset management systems (SAP/Oracle), spend management tools (e.g., Ariba, Analysis & Reports), data management tools and source-to-pay systems (eProcurement).Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.Ready to make an impact with us?
