What You Will Learn

· How a premium winery tasting room operates behind the scenes

· Wine service fundamentals and how different glassware affects aroma and flavour

· Workflow, organization, and time management in a high-volume environment

· The standards of luxury hospitality and guest experience

What You Will Be Doing

· Washing, polishing, and organizing glassware to service standards

Stocking wine, glassware, and service stations throughout the tasting room

· Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently between seatings

· Supporting Wine Ambassadors and Concierge to keep service flowing smoothly

· Maintaining clean, safe, and organized operational areas at all times

What We Are Looking For

· Someone comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things properly

· Reliability and willingness to jump in where support is needed

· Interest in hospitality, wine, or learning about premium guest service
