Position: Wine Experience Ambassador

At Azhadi Vineyards, hospitality is a dialogue between precision and poetry — where technical wine mastery meets heartfelt storytelling. Our Wine Ambassadors bring that harmony to life by hosting immersive tastings, connecting guests to our wines, and representing the spirit of Azhadi with warmth, knowledge, and authenticity.

This role blends education, performance, and service. You'll craft memorable experiences that elevate every guest interaction while contributing to the team's culture of excellence. You'll learn how to transform wine knowledge into storytelling that captivates and understand how to balance precision with personality in every guest encounter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host engaging, informative tastings that embody Azhadi's hospitality philosophy.
  • Share product knowledge, winemaking insights, and estate stories in an approachable way.
  • Promote wine sales and club memberships through authentic, relationship-driven conversations.
  • Maintain polished presentation of all guest spaces, merchandise, and glassware.
  • Support special events, private tastings, and off-site activations when required.
  • Participate in team education, service training, and continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hospitality, tourism, or retail experience in a guest-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; natural storyteller.
  • WSET Level 2 (or equivalent) required.
  • Serving It Right certification (required before start date).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Availability on weekends, holidays, and event days.
