About the Role

You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering a range of design projects across digital, packaging, and brand materials. You'll work directly with clients, bringing their vision to life through smart design and thoughtful collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Execute and manage client design projects across multiple brands and formats
• Collaborate directly with clients on feedback and revisions
• Create and oversee branded materials and visual systems
• Translate client goals into strategic, high-quality design work
• Work cross-functionally with other designers and creative leads
• Stay current with emerging design and AI technologies
• Contribute to a culture of creativity, curiosity, and craftsmanship

Who We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of full-time design experience (freelance, agency, or in-house)
• Must currently live in Canada
• Bonus: Experience with CPG, beverage, eCommerce, or cannabis brands
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
• Strong, dynamic portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and execution
